Cordelia only wanted what the "B" word already had.
If you have not noticed, I don't necessarily like Cordelia. For the most part she is a shallow B*tch and even though some claimed she grew up and into the business, all she wanted was Angel, even after she was demonized.

I disagree wholeheartedly. She WAS a shallow bitch, but when she let herself be demonized, it had nothing to do with what she wanted. She did it because she saw the alternative, and in it, everyone suffered. Except for her. Think back to BtVS. Would that Cordelia give up fame and fortune and become part demon? And with Doyle; she didn't want Angel then. Doyle was a half-demon who turned green and spiny when he sneezed, and if he hadn't died those two could have fallen in love, because this Cordelia could look past it. Because she grew. And she kept on growing. And she became a hero. And it was NOT to try to get in Angels pants.
